We are looking for a Project Manager/Survey Administrator to join our Data and Services team. The role is based in Scottsdale, Arizona or Denver, Colorado, and reports to the Managing Director, Data and Services out of Ethisphere’s Scottsdale office.


This position would take the lead on uploading, testing and administering individual company instances of our various survey projects, including managing the loading of translations and client- requested edits to existing templates and doing the initial data pull for team analysis.

It would support the Managing Director in addressing questions coming off of the surveys, including those related to our annual World’s Most Ethical Companies process. The role would also project manage existing Data and Services projects, including updating project timelines, communicating with clients regarding deadlines, and ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted in order to complete client engagements in a timely manner. This role requires collaboration company-wide, a close working relationship with our partners, and regular interaction with our global client base.


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, survey administration or data analysis
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong writing/editorial skills
  • Strong phone presence
  • Experience in the GRC space a definite plus

Ethisphere is actively recruiting a Director of Business Development for the West Coast. The successful candidate will create new (and extend existing) relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Key contacts are typically the General Counsel or Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Fortune 1000 companies.

The Director will represent Ethisphere and consult with companies as they consider the benefits of joining the Business Ethics Leadership Alliance (BELA) and scope out potential Advisory Services engagement. The Director will also collaborate with senior executives at existing BELA member companies and help further their goals of enhancing their respective corporate ethical cultures and advancing their ethics and compliance programs globally.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in the legal/compliance field is preferred. A familiarity of the elements of a strong ethics and compliance program is a plus. Must have the ability to work in a home-office setting.


  • Be the primary point of contact, own the full sales life cycle and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Generate new leads and prospects through email, phone, online and in-person meetings
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Renew and grow existing BELA memberships

  • Proven sales success and a history of maintaining executive-level relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software
  • Business fluency in a foreign language is a plus, including Latin American Spanish or Chinese
